Permanent Secretary to the President Carter Morupisi has apologised to the education managers, administrators and public at large for demeaning utterances that having been circulating on social media attributed to Permanent Secretary Basic Education Dr Collie Monkge. Addressing the education managers and administrators in Palapye on Tuesday, Morupisi said government has noted with regret the audio clip, alleged to be part of remarks that Dr Monkge made during his meeting with education managers in the sub region. He said as the Public Service Charter dictate courtesy, respect and humility among the Public Officers and for that no Officer despite that seniority should talk to others in the form alleged Dr Monkge did. "The charter requires that we talk to each other with respect no matter our difference" he added. He said the current leadership of President Mokgweetsi Masisi emphasises on consultation, which should be done with regard to one another. [BWgovernment]
