A fresh showdown is on the cards between Batlokwa and Tlokweng Land Board owing to a decision to go ahead with allocation of commercial plots, despite objection from the community. Members of the community led by an Alliance for Progressives (AP) 2019 parliamentary candidate for Tlokweng Chris Bogatsu, who last year petitioned the land board in an attempt to block the allocations are planning to engage Umbrella for Democratic Change (UDC) President, Advocate Duma Boko to sue Tlokweng landboard.
