Two days after winning a major victory on Tuesday, when Justice Tshepo Motswagole nullified the 3% salary increase awarded public servants for 2016/17 financial year, BOFEPUSU trade unions return to court today (Thursday) to force Government to comply. The urgent application slated for Friday comes about after government indicated that she can only comply with the judgment after the month of May because the processing of salaries for April has already been completed, sources said. "This is not true. The cut-off date for salaries is the 20th of every month.
